Is it just a content house?

No. This is a mix of residency, performance, and social experiment, inspired by projects like Warhol’s Factory and durational performance art. i.e. We Live in Public (2009)

Who can apply to live at GhostHaus?

Priority goes to artists exploring themes of: surveillance, transparency, community, and identity — especially those from underrepresented communities.

How will artists be supported?

Selected residents receive free housing in Bushwick, dedicated studio space, a monthly stipend, technical support, and professional development — plus built-in audience visibility through our livestream and events.

Can I visit GhostHaus or attend events?

Once we’re live, yes. We’ll host public performances, discussions, workshops, and special events — both online and in person.
